  • Special roof construction with a 5 cm sound insulating layer / ceiling layer/ placement of 3 cm FIBRAN and tile

  • Internal lining of the house in addition to the double wall with insulation and the regular mortar, with double plasterboard and 3 cm filling with an entirely ecological “breathing” sound insulating material. Absolute heat insulation; as a result the temperature never drops below 16 – 17 degrees in winter even without heating. Due to the insulation, the house has an ideal humidity and for the time being the main apartment is heated only with the fireplace in the evening hours; therefore the winter heating expenses mount to 400 Euros approximately.

  • Special sound insulating glasses 8/4/5+5

  • Before the installation of the floor heating, all floors were covered with the double material system ISOLPIU and ISOLNOISE both products of ISELCO, a company specialized in the protection from footfall and airborne sounds. The house is fully shielded.
